Skin Boosting Smoothie:
1 cup of nut milk (I use almond)
1 scoop of collagen powder (I use Vital Proteins)
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tbsp. nut butter
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 frozen wild blueberries
