Pesto + Parm Salmon
Pesto + Parmigiana Salmon:
Ingredients:
2 pieces of wild caught salmon
Pesto- either store bought or homemade!
1 block of Parmigiana
1 Lemon
Garlic Powder
Lemon Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F
On a baking sheet, add parchment and place two pieces of salmon on top
Squeeze the lemon on both pieces of salmon
Add salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder to each piece
Spread a thin layer of pesto on each piece
Grate parmigiana on top
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is fully cooked through
I like to pair with rice and asparagus!
