Pesto + Parm Salmon

Pesto + Parmigiana Salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of wild caught salmon

  • Pesto- either store bought or homemade!

  • 1 block of Parmigiana

  • 1 Lemon

  • Garlic Powder

  • Lemon Pepper

  • Salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 F

  • On a baking sheet, add parchment and place two pieces of salmon on top

  • Squeeze the lemon on both pieces of salmon

  • Add salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder to each piece

  • Spread a thin layer of pesto on each piece

  • Grate parmigiana on top

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is fully cooked through

  • I like to pair with rice and asparagus!
