Hangover Tips
Here are some of my tried and true tips to help alleviate those hangover symptoms:
Electrolytes- add to your water in the morning to replenish all the minerals in your body (I like the brand LMNT)
Take Milk Thistle or Activated Charcoal to help detoxify the liver and draw out toxins
Ginger or Peppermint Tea
7-8 hours of sleep
Movement like a morning walk
Sunlight- Vitamin D!!!
