Hangover Tips

Here are some of my tried and true tips to help alleviate those hangover symptoms:

  • Electrolytes- add to your water in the morning to replenish all the minerals in your body (I like the brand LMNT)

  • Take Milk Thistle or Activated Charcoal to help detoxify the liver and draw out toxins

  • Ginger or Peppermint Tea

  • 7-8 hours of sleep

  • Movement like a morning walk

  • Sunlight- Vitamin D!!!
