5 Ingredient Wrap
Ingredients:
1 1/12 bread flour- I like to use King Arthur
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Sea Salt
Spices: Garlic Powder + Onion Powder
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add bread flour, greek yogurt, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together with your hands. FYI, this part can get messy. Form into a dough ball.
Divide the dough ball into 4 pieces. Spread into a thin round layer.
Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Reference the photo above to get an idea of the color it may look like when done.
Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.
