5 Ingredient Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/12 bread flour- I like to use King Arthur

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • Sea Salt

  • Spices: Garlic Powder + Onion Powder

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add bread flour, greek yogurt, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together with your hands. FYI, this part can get messy. Form into a dough ball.

  • Divide the dough ball into 4 pieces. Spread into a thin round layer.

  • Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Reference the photo above to get an idea of the color it may look like when done.

  • Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.
