Chocolate + Raspberry Rice Cakes
Ingredients:
Rice cake
One Ingredient Peanut Butter
1 container of raspberries
Chia Seeds
Chocolate Chips
Coconut Oil
Directions:
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Add 6 rice cakes on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each rice cake.
Add 4-5 raspberries on top and use a fork to smash them down into a thin layer.
Next, sprinkle chia seeds on top of each rice cake.
Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle on top of each rice cake. Drizzle as much chocolate as you would like.
Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
