Chocolate + Raspberry Rice Cakes

Ingredients:

  • Rice cake

  • One Ingredient Peanut Butter

  • 1 container of raspberries

  • Chia Seeds

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Coconut Oil

Directions:

  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  • Add 6 rice cakes on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each rice cake.

  • Add 4-5 raspberries on top and use a fork to smash them down into a thin layer.

  • Next, sprinkle chia seeds on top of each rice cake.

  • Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle on top of each rice cake. Drizzle as much chocolate as you would like.

  • Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!

***Store in the freezer in an airtight container
