Christmas Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
1 bag of Lily’s Chocolate Chips- Milk Chocolate
1 bag of Lily’s Chocolate Chips- White Chocolate
Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Chip Cookie Granola
Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups- chopped up
Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter for melting the chocolate
Watkins Red, Green, and White Sprinkles
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour each of the chocolate chips into separate glass bowls. Place a 1/2 tbsp. of coconut oil or grass fed butter into each bowl. Mircowave on 30 second intervals, mixing after each 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.
Pour each bowl of melted chocolate onto the baking sheet. Mix both chocolates and spread out.
Sprinkle granola, peanut cups, and sprinkles on top.
Freeze for 1-2 hours.
Break up into small pieces and enjoy!
***Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
