Christmas Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Lily’s Chocolate Chips- Milk Chocolate

  • 1 bag of Lily’s Chocolate Chips- White Chocolate

  • Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Chip Cookie Granola

  • Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups- chopped up

  • Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter for melting the chocolate

  • Watkins Red, Green, and White Sprinkles

Directions:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Pour each of the chocolate chips into separate glass bowls. Place a 1/2 tbsp. of coconut oil or grass fed butter into each bowl. Mircowave on 30 second intervals, mixing after each 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.

  • Pour each bowl of melted chocolate onto the baking sheet. Mix both chocolates and spread out.

  • Sprinkle granola, peanut cups, and sprinkles on top.

  • Freeze for 1-2 hours.

  • Break up into small pieces and enjoy!

  • ***Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
